i found a spot near public transport, it was just a quick walk away. i could easily get around. there were many restaurants and a supermarket close by, this made things super easy. the room was very clean, comfortable, and it had everything i needed. thank you for the goodies that were in the room when i arrived.

on check-in day, at 12:00 pm, while i was on my flight, support messaged me. they said the room i booked had a fridge not working, so they moved me to a smaller room. nobody sent me details on how to enter this new room. imagine my surprise when i got to my floor, late evening, and the code did not work.

the hotel was very clean and the bed was comfy i appreciated the coffee and the coffee maker provided in the room there was adequate space to hang clothes in the shower area, it was clean and well kept. the fridge was a nice touch.

the check-in process was entirely digital, and i found it slightly complicated at first.

i found the room to be very clean. the milk, tea, coffee, and water in the room were an unexpected bonus. the entry and exit codes worked easily. the double glazed windows gave excellent sound proofing.

the room did not have air conditioning. the temperature was centrally controlled, so i could not adjust it myself.

the location was acceptable.

I experienced a power outage in the city during one day of my stay, and this meant no functioning fridge so food spoiled and water was everywhere because of defrosting and no emergency lighting in the stairwells. It was unprecedented.
